Thank you for attending the 2025 Harvest Cup soccer tournament. We're excited to host you in Columbus!

We have put together some special offers below for you to consider during your time in Columbus. We still have an on-going road construction project that we wanted to alert you to, and some general housekeeping items you might find helpful while at our soccer complex.

WILDERNESS PARK SOCCER COMPLEX

Directions to Wilderness Park

Columbus is home to some of the nicest natural grass soccer fields in all of Nebraska. Located just south of Lost Creek Parkway on 18th Avenue, Our facility features parking on the entire east and north sides of the complex for easy access to all of our soccer fields. Our concession stand and restrooms are centrally located on the complex, and we'll have additional portable restrooms available during the tournament. 

Dogs are not allowed at our soccer complex (service dogs exempt). Please share this with your parents and anyone else who might be attending.

Our soccer complex has just one entrance and exit on the southeast corner of our complex. These are marked with signage, so please use the correct lane when arriving or leaving our complex to avoid causing traffic jams. When you enter our parking lot, you must turn right. Traffic is one-way around the parking lot (when looking at our field map, traffic should flow in a counter-clockwise pattern). Parking is not allowed on 18th Avenue. For safety reasons, do not drop-off children or family members on 18th Avenue. Please follow entrance and exit signs, barricades, and volunteers who might be directing traffic.

Parking is available on the entire east side of the complex. There is also parking lot on the north side of the complex. Access to the north lot does cross over a bike path, so please watch for pedestrians before crossing through the north gate. Do not park on the bike path. Due to hosting a full tournament, please do not park large RVs or campers in our parking lot. Also, you may not be able to park immediately next to your field. We will have carts available to help transport those in need to your field.

 

PAWNEE PARK MEMORIAL STADIUM

Directions to Pawnee Park Memorial Stadium

Located in Pawnee Park in south Columbus, Memorial Stadium was recently resurfaced with brand new artificial turf. At that time, lines were added to allow the facility to now host 11v11 soccer games. 

 

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

If you are heading to Columbus on Highway 30 from the east toward Wilderness Park, you will want to turn north at East 6th Avenue (on the west side of Wal-Mart) to get to our soccer complex.  This road becomes Lost Creek Parkway and will take you to our soccer complex. Just turn south at the light when you reach 18th Avenue/Wilderness Road.

If you are heading to Pawnee Park Memorial Stadium from the east, you can now take 23rd Street (Highway 30) across town and turn south at 33rd Avenue. 

If you are coming into Columbus from the south, there is now road construction for bridge replacement, so leave a few minutes early if taking this route. Take 33rd Avenue north to 38th Street. Head east on 38th Street until you reach 18th Avenue, and turn left (north). Our complex will be on your left. Pawnee Park Memorial Stadium is located on the south side of town and will be on your left as you enter Columbus from the south.

If you are coming into Columbus from the west on Highway 81, you'll want to take Lost Creek Parkway to 18th Avenue/Wilderness Road, and turn right (south). 

 

 

PLACES TO EAT, THINGS TO DO

Our concession stand will have all of your favorites while at Wilderness Park. This year, they'll be serving up pulled pork sandwiches and nachos for you to enjoy. We'll also have Grace's Coffee truck at Wilderness Park.
