Register Your Player
Each player is required to be registered for each year that they play. The registration year goes from August 1 - July 31 each year. The current cost is $65.00 per year. Our registration process is done through Affinity Sports. If this is the first time that you have used Affinity Sports you will first have to register yourself (the parent) for an account. Once you have created an account you can add your children to your account. Be sure to save your registration information because it will be used for future years of registering your child.
At the time of your registration you will have to upload a picture of your child and a copy of their birth certificate. Please have these ready when you complete your registration. Once you begin the process of adding your child, you will select "Register as a player", then select "Recreational" as their play level. The rest of the fields are self explainatory.
To begin the registration process please proceed to Affinity Sports.
Once you have registered your child, you will also need to complete a Medical Release form and submit that to your coach. They are required to have this form for each player when they check in to tournaments.
Columbus Soccer Club Tryout Policies and Procedure
Dear Parents and Players:
Welcome to the Columbus Soccer Club competitive youth soccer program. Our club has a policy of open tryouts for teams in the U-11 and older age groups. Please keep in mind that “club” or “select” soccer represents a significant increase in the commitment required by players, and parents. Our goal is to have all of the members of the club experience the enjoyment and developmental benefits that are gained by mastering skills and habits and by participating at the highest level of competition. CSC members acquire excellent physical conditioning, refine their technical skills, learn to understand the tactics involved in soccer, establish new and lasting friendships, and acquire character building habits such as teamwork, sportsmanship, commitment, discipline, and the pursuit of excellence. Every year players make the move from recreational soccer to club soccer, and many achieve great success. Your decision to participate in a tryout for a CSC team is the first step.
